1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using vikkaa.lk, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. The service

Vikkaa.lk is an online classified-advertising platform for real estate and vehicles in Sri Lanka, operated by Vikkaa (Pvt) Ltd.

3. Acceptable use

• List only items you have the legal right to sell
• Provide accurate, non-misleading information
• Do not post illegal, hateful, or fraudulent content
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Do not use automated scrapers against our service

4. Pricing & payment

Listing packages (Free / Basic / Standard / Premium) and their prices are shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by PayHere. All prices are in LKR; VAT (15%) applies where required.

5. Refunds

If we cannot deliver a paid package's promised channels within 14 days, we'll re-run the campaign at no charge or refund proportionally at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

"Vikkaa.lk" and our logo are trade-marks of Vikkaa (Pvt) Ltd. Content you publish remains yours; you grant us a license to display it on the platform and amplify it through your chosen package channels.

7. Limitation of liability

Vikkaa.lk is a marketplace. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any listed item. To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time via the dashboard.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes are resolved through good-faith mediation, then arbitration under the Sri Lankan Arbitration Act, then the courts of Colombo.
