How Vikkaa works

One rule sits under everything: nothing goes live on Vikkaa until a human has checked it. Here is the whole process, for both sides of a deal.

If you're buying

  1. Search verified listings

    Browse by district, type, and budget. Every listing you see has passed our checks: real property, real photos, real asking price in rupees. No "price on request" games, no bait ads.

  2. Contact the seller directly

    Call, WhatsApp, or send a message from the listing page. There is no middleman between you and the seller unless you choose to use one.

  3. Close with confidence

    Our free guides explain deeds, stamp duty, and the lawyer's role — so the paperwork holds no surprises. Read them before you commit to anything.

If you're selling

  1. Post your property

    Five steps from your phone: photos, details, price, package, publish. Free to start.

  2. We verify and publish

    Our team reviews your listing — usually within one working day. It goes live with the verification badge buyers look for.

  3. Reach buyers everywhere

    Paid packages (Rs. 6,000–18,000, one-time) promote your ad on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, posted for you from one place. Inquiries come straight to you.
