About Vikkaa
Buying property in Sri Lanka means scrolling classifieds where a house sits between used phones and puppies, calling numbers that don't answer, and discovering the real price only after the third visit. Selling means paying rising ad fees for listings nobody verifies — and competing with the fakes.
Vikkaa exists to be the first property platform in Sri Lanka a family can trust with the largest financial decision of their lives. That means human-verified listings, real prices in rupees, fees stated before you commit, and answers in Sinhala, Tamil, or English.
The name is spelled Vikkaa — "VIK-kah" — and the checkmark in our logo is the whole company in one gesture: the deal is right, the home is real.
